#SOULIT (Slow Vinyasa)

#SOULIT is a slower Vinyasa class. This is a slower class, perfect the beginner, the advanced, and all in between. Light your soul up from the inside out, using your breath, powered by some soulful hits.

This class is slow but expect to sweat, work hard, breathe deeply, and surrender yourself to your mat.

Sometimes you need to take a step back, take it slower, and work on the foundation.
